JoiningDo I need a big audience?
No. We care about trust and whether your readers or followers overlap with women over 50 who care about fit. No minimum audience size.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining the affiliate program is free.
How long until I hear back?
Within five business days. Applications are reviewed by a person.
Do I need to be in the US?
We ship internationally and welcome partners in markets we sell into, including Canada, the UK, Australia, Ireland and the Middle East. Tax forms and payout rules may differ by country. Final eligibility is confirmed at approval.
What does my audience get?
Customer offers vary by campaign and are confirmed before launch, plus access to the Perfect Fit Guarantee and our fit team.
How long does my link last?
30 days after a click (last-click). Your personal code credits you whenever it is used.
What if they use a different code?
If they clicked your link first within the cookie window, you can still receive credit depending on UpPromote's attribution settings. Prefer your own code when you can.
What happens if an order is returned?
Commission is reversed. That is why we hold commission for 45 days before approval.
Can I use my own code?
No. Self-referral is not allowed.
Can I post my code on coupon sites?
No. Coupon, cashback, deal sites and browser extensions that scrape codes are prohibited. See the Terms.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly on the 15th for commission approved in the prior month. PayPal by default. $50 minimum.
Will I get a 1099?
US partners may receive a 1099-NEC when payouts meet the IRS threshold. Confirm the current threshold with your accountant. We will collect a W-9 where required.
How do I disclose that I'm an affiliate?
Be clear and conspicuous. In the US, FTC rules (16 CFR Part 255) generally require a plain disclosure such as #ad or "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" near the recommendation, not buried.
Do I get free clothes?
Gold and Icon partners receive one hero piece per season. Silver partners with an engaged audience of 5k+ (followers, subscribers or monthly readers) may receive a welcome gift on first approval.
Is a brand partnership commission-based?
Usually not. We agree a reciprocal format — banners, newsletter swaps, co-branded campaigns or giveaways — in writing.

How do I start a brand partnership?
Send an enquiry from our Other Partnerships page. We reply within five business days.
How do I log in to my dashboard?
Use the affiliate portal link in your welcome email, or the login link on this site once UpPromote is live.
