What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on full-price items within 30 days of your shipment date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Returns shipped back within policy will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment once your return is approved by our team. Our warehouse team diligently inspects each item upon return. Please note that they reserve the right to decline returning the item to you or issuing a refund if it does not meet our return criteria.
Final sale items, marked on the product page, may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

Final sale items, marked on the product page, may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
All third party brand purchases and items featured in the sale collection are final sale. Any items purchased with a discount code of 50% or greater are final sale.
What do I do if my order is missing an item?
We do our best to ship your order in full. However, in the rare case that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund you for any missing items. If you believe there was a discrepancy with your order, please reach out to us at noli@thenolishop.com
What happens if my return is not accepted?
If your return is rejected, we will reach out to you directly to let you know and offer to either donate the garments on your behalf or to ship your package back at your expense. Returns are rejected for being worn, missing tags, fabric damage, etc.
