How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our return portal, enter your order details and choose whether you would like an exchange, store credit or a refund. Returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted within 30 days, as long as items still have their original tags and you have proof of purchase.
Are exchanges free?
Yes, always. If you need a different size or color, an exchange costs you nothing. It is part of our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Instant Exchanges
Do not want to wait? Choose Instant Exchange and we will ship your replacement right away. A card is held (not charged) and released once your return ships back to us within 15 days.
How do returns for store credit work?
Start your store credit return in the return portal. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your store credit to be processed. Store credit never expires, so it is yours whenever the moment feels right, and it can be used toward any purchase.
How do refunds work?
Start your refund in the return portal. All refund returns carry a $9.95 handling fee unless Checkout+ was selected when you placed your order. Checkout+ is available on qualifying orders for $4.98 and covers free returns on your entire order.
Can I return something I bought on promotion or on sale?
Promotions do not change your return options:
- Full-price items bought with a discount can be refunded or exchanged.
- Markdown items can be returned for store credit.
- Final Sale items are marked on the product page and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my return is not accepted?
If a return arrives worn, without tags or damaged, we will contact you directly and you can choose to have us donate the item on your behalf or have it shipped back to you at your expense.
