The Noli Shop will gladly accept full-price merchandise from domestic orders for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of order fulfillment. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. International returns are available for refund or store credit.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, your return for refund, exchanges for a different item or store credit will be subject to a $9 processing fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. This fee does not allow sale items to be returned for refund. (Domestic Only)
