Refund policy

Refund Policy:

The Noli Shop will gladly accept full-price merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of order fulfillment. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please visit our return portal.

All return orders for refunds will incur a $9.95 handling fee.

Sale items that are marked as STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE cannot be returned for refund. They are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Sale items that are marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Policy Abuse Clause

The Noli Shop reserves the right to deny purchases and refunds at our discretion in cases of repeated return abuse or patterns that result in significant operational costs. We may, at any time, refuse to process returns or restrict future purchases for individuals whose actions fall outside the intended use of our return policy.
