All orders ship from our warehouse in sunny Miami, FL. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST.
If you select express shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized for shipment. However, please note that all orders are subject to a 2–3 business days processing time, which does not include weekends or holidays.
Unfortunately, order modification or cancellation requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

If your order is unable to be canceled, we offer easy returns through our portal here.
The Noli Shop will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of order fulfillment. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sale items that are marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with full details of your reimbursement.
Policy Abuse Clause
The Noli Shop reserves the right to deny purchases and refunds at our discretion in cases of repeated return abuse or patterns that result in significant operational costs. We may, at any time, refuse to process returns or restrict future purchases for individuals whose actions fall outside the intended use of our return policy.
Macy's and Nordstrom Orders:
Returns for items purchased through Nordstrom or Macy's must be arranged directly with the retailer in accordance with their policies. The Noli Shop is not able to process returns from third-party retailers or marketplaces.

For your convenience, we have an instant exchange policy in place. Once you select your desired exchange item, we will place a temporary authorization on your payment method. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 15 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 15 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s). You will not be charged at all if item is returned within the 15 day window. This process is in place to ensure you receive your new item without having to wait for us to receive your original item, and guarantees that we do not sell out of your requested item.
