    Kaia Pearl Jean Jacket exchange

    I purchased the Kaia Pearl Jean Jacket in a medium but felt it was very stretchy and too much fabric for me. I did an exchange for a small and I am happier with the fit. The exchange process was flawless but I do wish they would consider doing exchanges like generation love where they send the new size and you keep the one the fits best.
