Amora Ribbed Knit Dress - Burgundy

After placing my order around New Years, I didn’t receive my order until almost 2 months later, despite being lead on by their “customer service” associates that my items would ship within 7-10 days. I was told at least 3+ times that shipping was coming, but didn’t happen until well beyond almost 40-60 days after ordering, because the company had been sold to new management. Thing is, I made one of my order prior to their announcement about this upcoming transition and therefore they didn’t honor their standards, sacrificing customer satisfaction and fulfillment for their corporate profit. As a loyal, regular customer of more than 3 years AND multiple attempts to contact their customer service associates – some ignored by the way – it took a lot of begging and pleading for updates. Initially they would say your items are coming in 7-10 days, then after that initial term, they would then repeat the same – rinse and repeat multiple times. I had ordered these items for a family member as a surprise for Valentine’s Day. THEY RUINED THE GIFT.

While I could sympathize and had patience from the initial weeks of the transition, their response and remedy to this rather DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL experience was to only offer $25 store credit. NOTHING in their shop is that amount, so in essence they’re telling me to PAY MORE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. INSULTING!! I asked for a refund of the same if not more amount for their lapse, which even per the order that was received…
