We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
We work lightning fast - so please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your order.
Orders cannot be edited once processed and shipped from our facility. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is no longer under the care of The Noli Shop.
Please contact your local post office or mail carrier for any questions you may have about missing or delayed packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer priority international shipping through Global-e using DHL Express.
We cannot ship to International PO Boxes, please be sure to enter your full street address.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order or special order is an order that can be purchased in advance of when it arrives to our warehouse. Pre-orders let you secure items before we have them in stock. As soon as we have your order ready, we’ll ship it to you directly.

We provide an approximate shipping date for each pre-order item when you check out. While we do our very best to ensure your order is shipped on or before this date, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues. Once your order does ship, you can expect to receive it in 1–4 business days, depending on whether you selected standard, express or priority shipping.

ESTIMATED TIMING

Shipping speed depends on the option you choose at checkout, but standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to get to your door.
International orders take roughly 7-10 days to arrive.

The Noli Shop partners with Route to protect your package from loss, damage, or theft.
By keeping Route selected at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend you purchase Route shipping insurance, as The Noli Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen and/or damaged packages.
