Return Policy

All items marked down 50% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Any items purchased from our 'sale' section (sometimes titled UP TO 80% OFF) are final sale and cannot be returned. These final sale purchases can only be returned for store credit.

Store credit never expires and can be used towards any purchase.

All swimwear is final sale and not returnable.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

You have 15 days from your order delivery date to request a return for refund or store credit. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.


It is suggested to ship items as early as possible as there can be delays with the shipping carriers.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after they have been received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is complete. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process and deposit back to your account, depending on your financial institution.


Please note that original shipping fees, package protection or any other associated costs are non-refundable.


Any indication of worn or damaged products will not make you eligible for a refund and item(s) will be sent back upon request.

The Noli Shop reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
